I’ve had such bad luck finding bags that actually fit what I want, so it was nice to finally be able to customize these exactly how I pictured. For once, I didn’t feel like I had to settle for whatever was available.

I ended up ordering from packbgr.com because they had way more packaging options than the other sites I looked at!! It was nice not having to jump between different places just to find what I needed.

They had boxes, bags, tape, and all the little packing extras in one spot, which made the whole thing super easy. The sizes were straightforward too, so I didn’t feel like I was guessing or getting confused.

I only needed a small order this time, but I still found exactly what I was after. i’d be happy to use them again when I run low!!

I ordered in bulk from packbgr.com for our small shop, my first thought was that it would be straightforward. The prices looked fair, so I figured it would be an easy restock. Most of the items did show up like expected, so that part was fine.
The main issue was the handling time. I assumed it was already moving along after their first estimate, but it ended up taking longer, and I had to email twice before getting a clear update. One carton also had a few pieces that were slightly bent, which made me think the packing check was probably rushed.
To be fair, they did respond and fixed the missing count after a few days, so it wasn’t a disaster. I’d probably order again if I wasn’t in a hurry, but for bulk orders, they definitely need better checking and quicker updates.

I ordered this backpack expecting the size to be a little off, because that usually seems to happen, but nope, it matched the measurements on the site pretty much perfectly. My laptop fits without a struggle, and there’s still room for a few other things. I hate to admit it, but the size info was actually accurate, and I’m happy with it.

Not sure why people make such a big deal about the packaging, because mine showed up in good shape. Everything was packed properly, and there were no dents, damage, or anything to complain about.

I was trying to place an order, but the checkout page kept freezing on me, and then somehow the items in my cart changed. A friend had recommended the site to me, so I was excited to try it out, but after a few attempts I just gave up. Annoying experience overall.

Paying on packbgr.com was straightforward. The payment page loaded quickly, and I didn’t feel like I had to hunt around or click through a bunch of random stuff, which I really appreciated.

At the same time, even though it was simple, it also felt a bit too bare-bones. I liked how quick it was, but I would’ve preferred seeing clearer details earlier, like any fees or available payment options before getting to checkout. It worked fine, but it could still be better.

They sorted out the replacement fast and without much hassle, which I appreciated. Still, the fact that I needed a replacement in the first place has made me trust the product a little less.

Packbgr.com is alright overall, like it does what it’s supposed to do, but using it felt a bit rough. Some pages took longer to load than I expected, and I had to click around more than I wanted just to find basic info. It’s not a bad site or anything, just feels like it could be cleaned up and made a little easier to use.

I ordered some printed packaging from packbgr.com, the results were just okay. The colors came out a little duller than I expected, and a few of the edges weren’t as clean as they should’ve been. It’s not unusable or anything, but if a company is taking people’s money for custom printing, I do think they have a responsibility to make sure the final product looks sharp. Delivery was fine, but the print quality definitely could’ve been better.

The design came out just like my file. Exactly what I expected. No issues at all.

The staff was helpful when I needed something, so that was nice. Overall though, the experience was probably about average, nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out either

The tracking updates were mostly good — well, I guess not perfect, but they came through often enough that I wasn’t really left wondering where my order was.

I ordered from packbgr.com and, not gonna lie, I kept waiting for something to go wrong because that’s usually how these things go. But the site was easy to use, the delivery showed up on time, and everything was exactly what I expected. Almost too smooth, like somebody behind the curtain actually had their act together. No complaints from me though, I’d definitely order from them again...

The material is okay, I guess. It held up well enough overall, but the corners started wearing out way sooner than I expected, which was annoying. I don’t have the patience for something looking beat up that quickly.
